Outfit of the Day: Sunday Girl

Hello! Today's outfit of the day is a 70's, boho-inspired build and features one of my most favourite Topshop pieces at the moment. I know it wouldn't kill me to feature some colour but who needs it when you can go monochrome and mix up some fun textures?

I originally purchased this dress for a bloggers press evening (always nice to have something new for these things) but it turns out I've just been wearing it for everything since. I really love the 70s classic mini dress style with a modern spin and monochrome paisley print. The cut is super flattering, easy to throw-on and feminine. Perfect for date night, a night at the pub with the girls or even just to feel pretty around the house. Love this dress!!

I thought it would be fun to play around with some textures and look like a spice girl so some faux fur and patent is always necessary. And, of course, my (sort of) trusty Brit boots from Topshop which are super comfy and add that perfect dash of grunge to any outfit. These are actually my third pair now as the sole keeps breaking (very disappointing) but I love them so much and their so comfy that I just can't seem to accept that the quality isn't all there.

Do you have a favourite dress? What do you think of the 70's trend at the moment? Comments below! Hope everyone's had a great weekend!

Peace and love,

  6. Oh I love the 70s! As far as favorite dresses are concerned, I don't like to pick one. The others might throw a temper tantrum. Just kidding! I love the print of your dress. Oh and your hair! I share the same feeling of appreciation just like the other comments here. :)
